DigitalHire is a pre-recorded interview platform for employers that helps them save at least 40% of their time spent on recruiting. In addition,  employers can create positions and invite all the candidates to complete the interview at the time that suits them best. Similarly, Candidates can complete the interviews on their computers or mobile devices, and employers get to evaluate completed video interviews instead of going through piles of resumes and hours of phone screenings.

DigitalHire is the first interview platform that lets your candidates record Video Resumes! A Video Resume is a quick 90-second elevator pitch that employers can utilize to get to know your candidates’ stories. As a result,  they’re helpful in gauging your candidates’ confidence levels and communication skills. 

You can view a candidate’s Video Resume on the Evaluations page. However, please note that Video Resumes are optional, and not all candidates may record them.

You can view a candidate’s PDF Resume on the Evaluations page, by clicking on View Profile under the candidate’s name.

Please note that adding a PDF Resume is optional, and not all candidates may upload them.

You can share any candidate’s profile with members of your team or staffing clients with the click of a button! Please follow the following steps:

  1. Go to the candidate’s Evaluation page,
  2. Click “Email This Interview” on the far right,
  3. Enter the email of the person you want to share the Candidate profile with,
  4. Click “Share”

You can review a candidate’s profile that is shared with you by following these steps:

  1. Open the DigitalHire email that you received
  2. Follow the link provided
  3. Enter your email address as the username
  4. Enter the Verification Pin included in the email

Please note that your Verification Pin will expire after 30 days and you will no longer be able to access the Candidate Profile. Therefore, If the pin provided isn’t working, please ensure that you are entering the correct pin from the email. Also, you can request the company to reshare the Candidate Profile again.

If the Verification Pin isn’t working please make sure that you are entering it correctly, and keep in mind that your Verification Pin is only valid for 30 days. If you are still unable to review the Candidate Profile or it has been more than 30 days since you got the Verification Pin, please request the company to reshare the Candidate Profile with you. You will be emailed a new link and a new Verification Pin.

In order to review a candidate’s profile that is shared with you please follow these steps:

  1. Open the DigitalHire email that you received
  2. Follow the link provided
  3. Enter your email address as the username
  4. Enter the Verification Pin included in the email
