We respect and protect Your privacy. We collect information You provide directly to us. Such as when You create or modify Your account, request Services, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include: name, birth date, email, phone number, postal address, payment method, and other information You choose to provide from your submitted resume. On occasions this may also include – sensitive personal information such as details of criminal convictions and ethnic origin.


When You use our Services, we collect information about You in the following general categories:

Resume Information:  Your submitted resume will be stored in Company and employers’ databases. Hence, it will be accessible by their respective staffs. We may provide Your resume information to trusted third parties. Because we retain third parties to provide services that You or employers have requested. Such as reference, qualification and criminal reference checking services (as required). In addition, verification of the details You have provided from third party sources, psychometric evaluations or skills tests. These third parties comply with similar and equally stringent undertakings of privacy and confidentiality as Company.

Location Information  

In other to enhance Your experience and find Services near to You, we collect Your precise location data. If You initially permit the collection of this information, iOS users can later disable it by changing the contacts settings on Your mobile device.

Promotional Communications: You may opt out of receiving promotional messages from us by following the instructions in those messages. If You opt out, we may still send You non-promotional communications, such as those about Your account, about Services You have requested, or our ongoing business relations.
