Our Company
DigitalHire is the brainchild of three co-founders and a fantastic team of individuals who believe that being in the recruitment industry comes with a lot of responsibility. Our company culture revolves around the idea of doing everything we can to help candidates land the jobs that they truly want and deserve. Every feature we build into our platform undergoes rigorous research and extensive deliberation to ensure that our technology never gives rise to biases that could hurt anyone’s pursuit of their dream career.
Our Story
DigitalHire’s co-founders collectively have over 2 decades of experience in the recruiting industry. They came together to challenge the way traditional recruitment processes weren’t favoring the deserving job seeker as well as breaking the employer’s bank.
DigitalHire has been serving some of the largest companies in the US since 2020, while also customizing effective solutions for small companies that hire less frequently.

We’re on a mission to humanize the hiring process through videos. Traditional recruiting methods rely on keyword searches to scan resumes. The best formatted resume wins this battle, instead of the most suitable candidate. We have built a technology that leverages AI to connect job seekers and employers based on skills as well as cultural alignment, so that every company and job seeker finds their long-term partnership.
